Reverse Order - should be fine - right?!

Upper body work day - in reverse order.  I have been at this long enough with Jovick to know that when he "switches" it up for "fun" the result is a little "pinch" (i.e. major sore and stiff body) the next few days. 

Well today Mr. Jovick thought switching it up and doing or typical upper body routine in reverse order would be a nice change of pace.  At first I was enjoying myself, doing some of the later exercises first where I felt fresh and strong.  That thinking went out the window when I realized our last exercise of the day would be push ups. 

I am like the majority of women out there - I absolutely DESPISE push ups.  By the end of 6 chest/arm exercises I went well past DESPISE and right into HATE. 

Note to self:  Push ups are NO FUN - especially as the last exercise of the day!
