Day 2 of our 3 week Barbell Focus

Day 2 – lifts we will focus on are:   Barbell Snatch, Overhead Military Press, Bench Press, Closed Grip Push ups, and finished up early so we added Barbell Front Raise. 

Overall the “practice” of these lifts are going well.  I’m anxious to get more familiar with them so we can add more weight.  Before adding weight Jovick ensures I am not only familiar, but comfortable and technical with all the lifts.  Safety First - you can't get stronger if you are on the sidelines with an injury.
