Next 3 weeks will be different with a new focus

I hope everyone had a great Easter - I ate way too much food and I paid for it last night - not a great night sleep!  Today you will hear (and see) Jovick taking me through 4 specific lifts:  Jump Shrug, RDL's, RDL into Bent over Row, and barbell bicep curls.  As he mentions in the video we are heading into a 3 week strength focus.  Now that I have a base built I am ready to go into something like this looking for large gains in strength over the next 3 weeks.  Gotta be honest - I can't wait to put together the Before and After video.
