Wednesday March 30th, 2011:
Remember the videos I posted from Monday's workout - the ones with the jump rope exercises? My hamstrings can't seem to forget - OUCHY WA WA!!! Thankfully today was Wednesday and Wednesday's are great because they are recovery day workouts! My legs did loosen up some throughout our treadmill work today but I have to say overall they are fatigued and feel like cement blocks I am forced to drag around. Tomorrow we add Thursday into the mix (so far we have only trained M-W) and I am told that we will do a warm up and then some major lifting with anticipation of a couple days for the body to recover. I'm interested to see what Jovick's "major lifting" definition is...

ReplyDeleteThis is a little irrelevant, but I heard on the radio that someone was selling their car and they say that it really sells the best if you say that it's a "Wednesday car." Guess there's just something really great about Wednesdays! I also enjoy Wednesdays. :-)
